Enlarged Pore Treatments in Seoul, Korea

Gangnam Daybeau Clinic

Smoother skin and visibly finer pores — treated at the cause.

Enlarged pores are one of the most common skin concerns we see from international patients. At DayBeau Clinic Gangnam, our doctors look at why your pores look large — oil, congestion or loss of collagen — and combine microneedle RF, gentle resurfacing and medical skincare to refine them over a short series of sessions.

Why do pores look enlarged?

Visible pores usually come from three things working together: excess oil, congestion (sebum and dead skin stretching the opening) and loss of collagen and elasticity around the pore as skin ages or after acne. Sun damage and dehydration make them look larger still.

How we treat enlarged pores at DayBeau Clinic Gangnam

  • Microneedle radiofrequency (such as Potenza) to rebuild collagen around the pore and refine texture.
  • Gentle resurfacing and peels to clear congestion and smooth the surface.
  • Sebum-control care and medical skincare for oily, congested skin.
  • Skin boosters such as Rejuran to improve skin quality and elasticity.

Most plans combine two or three of these, chosen after a skin analysis of oil, congestion and texture.

What results are realistic?

Pores cannot be removed, but they can look clearly smaller and smoother. Collagen-based treatments improve over the weeks after each session, so the best result is usually seen after a series of 3–5 sessions about 4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance.

Downtime and aftercare

  • Microneedle RF: mild redness and tiny marks for 1–3 days.
  • Peels and boosters: little or no downtime.
  • Use SPF daily, keep skin hydrated, and pause strong actives such as retinoids for a few days.
